Yeah, that article was interesting. I think there are a lot of factors weighing in here. And I also found this article: https://creation.com/lactose-intolerance
1). Evolutionists have very different assumptions regarding the years/ages of human history. So the mutation if they say it was 6,000 years ago – may be more like 4,000 years ago in our timescale. So if they say they had livestock tens of thousands of years ago – that is imaginary time.
2). Adam and Eve with the “very good” working bodies and genetics probably didn’t drink milk as we know it, but then again, I wonder if they might have – and that could be possible if cows milk (among other types of milk) could have deteriorated due to mutations also – so it could have been originally digestible. But also to weigh in on that matter, Genesis 1 tells us that God made seed-bearing plants and fruit trees to be our food and they were probably more nutritious (and I think likely tastier!) so we didn’t need animal products back then.
3). Also, I wonder if things like the appendix in our bodies could have done more functions to help digest things like milk.
At any rate, God wanted to abundantly bless the people with a good ole’ treat of milk when they were to move into the land so he intended it to be good for them then!
