Set-Up Information

Our goal is to make our Discover Creation seminars affordable and flexible. We try to keep costs as low as possible. Often we are able to schedule more than one seminar per trip which allows groups to share transportation costs. We have a variety of seminar formats available and will work with you to design a seminar to fit the needs of your group.

Seminar Formats Include:

  • Sunday Seminar (morning and evening)
  • Two or Three Evening Seminars
  • Week-end Seminar or Retreat
  • Week-long Camp, Conference, or VBS
  • Homeschool Conferences
  • Public School, Christian School, or University Programs

We Provide:

  • Advice and assistance in setup and promotion
  • Set up manual
  • High quality speakers and programs
  • Excellent selection of creation books and videos

You Provide:

  • Appropriate facility
  • Leg-work in setting-up and promoting seminar
  • Printing and/or reimbursment for promotional materials
  • Volunteer to help with seminar
  • Lodging (quiet motel, home with adequate privacy, or RV space)

Cost:

  • Love offering from the attendees.
  • Additional honorarium to AOI is encouraged, but not required.
  • Transportation (actual airfare or standard mileage reimbursement)
  • Reimbursement for bulletin inserts and posters
  • Craft supplies (Children’s program only) $1/child
